Welcome to Lunc Tools World ("LTW", "the Game", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using https://world.lunc.tools/, the game client, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Lunc Tools World is a user-generated social world-building game. Users may create worlds, spaces, items, interactions, and experiences that are not created, curated, or controlled by the Platform. This may include (but is not limited to) social spaces, role-play environments, or user-defined mechanics.

All content, activities, and interactions are initiated and controlled by users. The Platform acts solely as a technical provider.

2. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Any content you create, upload, display, or distribute
• Any worlds, mechanics, games, or interactions you design or participate in
• Your conduct, communications, trades, and transactions with other users
• Compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws

The Platform assumes no responsibility or liability for user behavior, user-created content, or outcomes resulting from interactions between users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Gambling, Financial Risk & User-Created Economies

The Platform is not intended to be used for gambling or any activity that constitutes betting, wagering, or games of chance under applicable law. Users are strictly prohibited from creating or promoting gambling mechanics as part of their content.

Any gambling-like mechanics (including lotteries, betting systems, or chance-based economies) are unauthorized uses of the Platform and are created and operated entirely by users at their own risk.

You understand and agree that:

• All participation in such unauthorized activities is voluntary
• You assume all financial, legal, and personal risk
• The Platform disclaims all responsibility for losses, disputes, or outcomes
• You are solely responsible for compliance with gambling, gaming, and financial regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Virtual Items, Worlds & Payments

The Platform may offer paid features, including but not limited to:

• World or space ownership
• Item shop purchases
• Cosmetic or functional digital items

Payments made to the Platform are for access, licensing, or usage rights only. They do not represent ownership of real-world assets, securities, or financial instruments. All payments are non‑refundable unless required by law.

User-to-user trades and transactions may occur. At present, the Platform does not charge a transaction fee; however, this may change in the future.

The Platform is not a party to user-to-user transactions and bears no responsibility for disputes, losses, scams, or failed exchanges.

6. NFTs & Third-Party Services

Avatars and certain digital assets may be represented by NFTs provided via NFT.lunc.tools or other third-party services.

The Platform does not control, issue, or guarantee the value, legality, or functionality of third-party NFTs or blockchain services.

Any interaction with blockchain technology is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

7. No Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Availability or uptime
• Security or error-free operation
• Accuracy of user-created content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunc Tools World, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or digital assets
• Loss of data or access
• User disputes or misconduct
• Legal consequences arising from user actions

You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunc Tools World from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your content or creations
• Your interactions or transactions with other users
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the Platform to:

• Create, share, or promote content that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any applicable law
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Infringe intellectual property rights or distribute pirated materials
• Disseminate hate speech, extremist content, or harmful misinformation
• Attempt to bypass security, disrupt the Platform, or interfere with its operation
• Engage in unauthorized commercial activities, including advertising or solicitation

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or take any action deemed necessary to protect the Platform and its users from prohibited conduct.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
